I like to express my sincere thanks to Adept Migration for assisting myself and my mother in obtaining a visa to get out of tight situation. My mother who was visitor to Australia from China inadvertedly overstayed her visa. She discovered this as I was taking her on a trip to Fiji for holiday. We were told at the airport that not only she can not return, but that she would be banned to re-enter Australia for 3 years. Upon arrival in to Fiji I discovered that my mother was stranded and can not travel anywhere, as even to travel to China she would have to travel through another country and for this she would need a visa. Australian High Commission in Fiji was not of much help except that she may be able to get a visa within 1 month maybe. I was put into the contact with Adept Migration through my travel agent and they organised a visa within 2 days, actually within 2 hours after the application was lodged. The two days took to obtain all the documents required. Adept Migration did informed me that to do this they had to contact Australian Migration Minister's Office.  This allowed my mother to travel through Australia to China. Adept Migration are at present working on task of overeturning 3 year ban on her  re-entry to Australia, which they assured me shall be successful. I have to say that they did a marvelous task, specially as my previous application lodged through another agent was refused. They went through the task in very fine details to ensure that application was successful. Though I was asked to provide many more documents than on previous application, they knew what they were doing to ensure I was granted a visa.
