The visa outlines provide only basic information about the particular visa. There are a number of criteria to be satisfied, failing this visa will be refused. It is therefore advisable to engage qualified and registered migration agent to guide you through requirements of the legal minefield .Some applicants may be eligible to apply onshore others may not. Various conditions my apply such as family balance test, health criteria, police clearances, sponsors eligibility and the list goes on. It is therefore not advisable for a laymen no attempt application without migration advice, not only can it result in visa being refused and fees paid lost, but also may put limitations on further applications if applying onshore.

      for offshore applicants suitable for partner/spouse dependants and or orphan relative
    • 102 Adoption

      for people who wants to adopt children from overseas, it is advisable to go through official adoption channels, private adoptions are much more difficult to get approval
    • 117 Orphan relative

      for offshore orphans sponsored by close relatives
    • 802 Child

      for sponsored onshore dependants, sponsored
    • 445 Dependant Child

      temporary visa for dependent child of partner visa holder, in some cases the child may be added to partner visa application
    • 103 Parent

      offshore visa for parents sponsored by their children, 20 years waiting list, only small number of these visas is granted each year.
    • 173 Contributory Parents Visa

      2 years temporary offshore visa, by paying contribution and providing assurance of support, other limitations apply like balance of family test. This visa provides for much quicker entry to Australia than 103 visa. It is subject to the visa cap. Parent qualifies for Medicare card, has to apply for another parents visa before expiry
    • 143 Contributory Parent Visa

      onshore or offshore, suitable for holders of 173 visa or other temporary visas depending on conditions attached
    • 804 Aged Parent

      onshore visa for sponsored parents over 65, in Australia on temporary visa, waiting list may be of more than 20 years.
    • 884 Contributory Aged Parent

      temporary visa for onshore sponsored parent, can apply with certain temporary visas, depending on conditions.
    • 864 Contributory Aged Parent

      permanent visa suitable for temporary contributory aged parents visa holders, sponsored, balance of family test, Assurance of Support required.
